• Medical Treatment & Care: The RN is responsible for administering prescribed medications, managing treatments, and providing necessary medical interventions. Whether it’s adjusting medication dosages, monitoring responses, or coordinating with healthcare providers, the RN ensures that residents receive the medical attention they need.
• Chronic Condition Management: For residents with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or respiratory issues, the RN provides ongoing care and monitoring. This includes educating residents on how to manage their condition, administering treatments or medications, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Wound Care & Post-Surgical Care: The RN is skilled in providing wound care, assisting with post-surgical recovery, and ensuring that any medical procedures are followed through with the appropriate care and attention. This includes dressing changes, infection prevention, and monitoring healing progress.
• Coordination with Physicians & Specialists: Our RN collaborates with external healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, and therapists, to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care. The RN helps coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and necessary referrals.
• Family Education & Support: The RN plays an important role in educating families about their loved one’s health condition, treatment options, and any special care requirements. We work together with families to ensure they are fully informed and confident in the care being provided.
• Emergency Response & Support: In the event of a medical emergency, our RN is trained to respond quickly and effectively. Whether it’s administering first aid, stabilizing a resident, or coordinating emergency medical services, our RN ensures that residents receive timely and appropriate care when needed.
